The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 777plis reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to complete KYC verification to our satisfaction may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any rights thereunder to any third party.

4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777plis account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. 4.4 777plis strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

5.2 777plis reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

6.1 All games available on the 777plis platform — including but not limited to JILI slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, online sabong, bingo, keno, triple number games, keno bonus number draws, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

6.2 All 777plis casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 777plis does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your wallet within seconds; bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day.

7.2 All funds deposited into your 777plis wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 777plis reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

7.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by 777plis on a 24/7 basis. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

7.4 777plis reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

7.5 All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. 7.7 777plis may delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed KYC; (b) there is an active investigation into the account; (c) the withdrawal is suspected to be connected to fraudulent or money laundering activity; or (d) the wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been met.

8.1 777plis offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings are held as restricted funds and are not eligible for withdrawal.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777plis's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
